Transfer selected tracks into iTunes or to a folder

If you only want to export certain tracks from your iPhone or iPod into iTunes or to a folder, you can select the track(s) in the main window (hold Command or Control to select multiple). Then, click on the Transfer drop-down menu in the lower right, make your selection, and click on Go to begin the transfer. Here's a tutorial you can follow as well:
