How do I transfer photos from iPhone to computer?

Sharepod is designed to export music, playlists and other iTunes media. For transferring photos or recorded videos from an iPhone, iPod, or iPad to your Mac or Windows PC, you'll need to use our iExplorer app which can export Camera Roll, Photo Library (albums synced from iTunes), and Photo Stream photos.
